Your Concept
It all starts with your concept, that we help turn it into reality
Design Specifications
Typically, the client provides us the specifications for their product; however, we can create specifications if needed.
Conceptual Design
From your concept, sketch, hand drawing, or specifications we can design parts, assemblies,or whatever you need.
Design Integration
We can take your cad files for existing models in many formats and modify them to meet your design needs.
Virtual Prototype(s)
A real-world model of your design that operates as you intended, can significantly cut the costs of expensive prototypes. From these first rate models, you can attain capabilities such as rapid prototyping.
Evaluate Prototype(s)
Utilizing SolidWorks Cosmos Suite, we can provide valuable first-pass analysis information for your model such as interference detection, and stress analysis. We can also easily extract physical data such as part volume and center of gravity.
Final Documentation
After your model has been evaluated and modified, we can provide standard drawings for you to send off to fabrication. We maintain these drawings for your future modification needs.
